1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on location:

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping Charges may apply depending on your delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Tracking Number

• Courier Service Name

• Tracking Link (via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp)

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct while placing your order.
Kapda Sale is not responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the order is not received after these attempts, it will be returned to us (RTO).

7. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If your product arrives:

• damaged,

• defective,

• or different from what you ordered,

Please contact us within 48 hours, along with clear photos or video of the package.
We will arrange a replacement or return as per our Return Policy.
