Exchange policy
We understand that sometimes the size or fit may not be perfect. Our Exchange Policy is designed to make your experience smooth and easy.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- A ₹200 exchange fee applies (covers both-way logistics).
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Exchange is subject to product and size availability.
2. What Can Be Exchanged?
- Size exchange for the same product
- Color or product change (value difference may apply)
- Exchange for any item of equal or higher value (extra amount to be paid)
3. Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
- Product is used, washed, or damaged
- Tags or packaging are missing
- Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- Product is from a clearance sale or final sale
- Return/exchange misuse is detected
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
- Visit the Return & Exchange page on our website.
- Enter your order number, product details, and exchange reason.
- Hand over the product to the pickup agent at the scheduled time.
- After inspection, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3 business days.
5. Exchange Fee Details
- A fixed ₹200 logistics charge applies to all exchanges.
- This fee covers pickup of the old product + delivery of the new one.
6. Product Condition Check
Your returned product will undergo quality inspection. Exchange may be denied if:
- The product is not in original condition
- The product shows signs of wear, stains, or washing
- Tags or original packing are missing
7. Fraud & Misuse Prevention
- Kapda Sale reserves the right to deny exchange requests in case of repeated misuse.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity may lead to rejection of future orders.
