Exchange Policy

At KapdaSale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process.

If the product color differs even slightly from the original or from the images, it will not be eligible for return.

Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Size & Color Exchange

Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues only, subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted. Products purchased during clearance sales, heavy discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and the reason for exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Pickup & Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup where service is available. In some locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Quality Check

All returned items go through a quality inspection. Exchange will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.

Processing Time

After receiving the product, exchanges are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.

Important Notes

KapdaSale reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria. Repeated exchange requests for the same order may not be permitted.
