1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• A ₹200 handling fee will be deducted (logistics cost).
• Products must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition.
• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Return Mode

All valid returns are eligible for:

• Store credit / voucher (usable on future purchases), or
• Exchange for another size or product

No monetary refunds are provided for standard returns.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Product missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
• Items purchased during special clearance or final sale

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit our Return & Exchange page on the website.
2. Enter your order number, contact details, and return reason.
3. Pack the product properly and hand it over to the pickup agent.
4. Once the item reaches our facility and passes inspection, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

5. Product Condition Check

After receiving your returned item, our quality team inspects it. Your return may be denied if:

• The product shows signs of wear or use
• The item is damaged, torn, or stained
• The product condition does not match the issue reported

In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.

6. Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of store credit:

• An exchange fee of ₹200 applies (logistics cost)
• Exchange is subject to availability
• You can exchange for size or product value difference (if applicable)

7. Fraud Monitoring & Policy Violations

• Kapda Sale reserves the right to deny returns in cases of repeat misuse.
• Suspicious or fraudulent return behavior may result in account/order restrictions.
