At Kapda Sale, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not offer monetary refunds for regular returns or exchanges.

Regular returns are eligible for store credit/voucher only as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Refunds for Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • You must share clear photos or videos of the issue at support@kapdasale.com.
  • Once verified, we will offer either:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A full refund
  • Pickup for defective/incorrect items is free of charge.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Regular product returns (store credit only)
  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Exchange requests (₹200 logistics fee applies)
  • Products returned used, washed, or not in original condition
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team within 2 days with photos/videos.
  2. Our team verifies the issue.
  3. We arrange a free pickup if eligible.
  4. After inspection, your refund is processed within 3 business days.

5. Refund Mode

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Store credit/voucher (where applicable) is sent via email/SMS.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • If cancelled before shipment, eligible prepaid orders may receive a full refund.

7. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

  • Any suspicious return/refund activity may lead to rejection.
  • Kapda Sale reserves the right to deny refund requests based on product condition or misuse.
